All 42 requirements are designed to be configurable by QuickHands and verified with UVic before go-live. Items marked “In demo” can be exercised in the guided demonstration or workspace.

SAML 2.0 with UVic Shibboleth preferred, OIDC where approved. Group-to-role mappings, session controls and failed-login scenarios tested with UVic IT.
In demo: Admin → IdentityAccess controls, audit logging and Canadian storage for assets, metadata and backups. QuickHands supports UVic's Privacy Impact Assessment.
Deployed on Google Cloud Platform using services covered by Google Cloud's independent assurance (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II, CSA STAR) within the scope of those reports. QuickHands itself does not hold these certifications.
Canadian hosting with redundant storage, backup and documented recovery procedures; UVic witnesses a restore test before go-live.
Documented user and group management, including a REST API and agreed CSV or SCIM integration where applicable.
