All 42 requirements are designed to be configurable by QuickHands and verified with UVic before go-live. Items marked “In demo” can be exercised in the guided demonstration or workspace.

Minimum 10 TB of storage at go-live and 50 named accounts in the initial two-year price, with additional capacity at the agreed rate-schedule prices. Canadian storage and backup arrangements documented.
In demo: Admin → StorageImages (including common RAW formats), video, documents, design files and audio. A tested ingest and preview workflow for representative large RAW and video files.
In demo: Upload CentreConfigurable folders, nested collections and access rules suited to UCAM, testable by UVic administrators.
In demo: CollectionsVersion history retains prior versions, identifies the current approved version and records who made each change; earlier versions recoverable without losing audit history.
